Not your ordinary Sauvignon Blanc, this elegantly crafted white wine has a lot more going on. With aromas of passion fruit, pineapple and a hint of grapefruit, this wine has bright acidity, is clean and crisp on the palate, and has a round finish. Instead of only stainless steel fermenting the sauvignon blanc, this wine began fermentation in stainless steel, then transferred mid-fermentation to neutral oak, allowing it to age for approximately six months prior to bottling to give it additional depth and complexity.
