As the wine opens, bakeshop spices and vanilla complement nicely, and hints of black licorice and subtle eucalyptus show through. Dark fruit and spice notes follow through on the palate. The tannins are present, yet soft, and the vibrant acidity provides wonderful balance on the wine’s medium-full finish. Decant for 30-45 minutes and enjoy every decadent sip!
