Team Hersly
Hersly Wines is family owned. Bringing extremely limited production, hand crafted wines to your glass. Enjoy them in good health.
A first step, fueled by a passion and possibilities puts one on the path of adventure. After many years in NYC, Adam and Stacy moved cross country to fulfill a lifelong dream of living and making wine in the heart of the California wine country.

Adam Hersly
Winemaker
After a BS in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and many successful years of product management in the tech industry, winemaker Adam Hersly pursued a Certificate of Wine Making through the prestigious UC Davis Department of Viticulture and Enology. Adam has also studied under some of the finest winemakers in California during internships at August West/Sandler and Joseph Phelps Vineyards.

Stacy Soberalski Hersly
Assistant Winemaker & General Manager
Following a BA in Psychology from DePaul University and a Masters in Occupational Social Work from University of Illinois at Chicago (Jane Addams College of Social Work), Stacy has spent the majority of her career as a Senior Leader in Human Resources, with a focus on Sales, Marketing and Business Development. She also is an avid volunteer with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital working on high end wine and food events in NYC and Napa, The Teacher’s Resource Center of the North Bay, and the Napa County Family and Foster Parent Association.

Mae Hersly
Official Winery Dog
Mae joined Stacy and Adam’s family in August of 2012 when she was lovingly adopted from Noah’s Bark in Sonoma. She is a “Snorkie” (Schnauzer Yorkie mix) and quickly established her territory in their home and in their hearts. Mae loved spending time in the winery, helping out and supervising. Sadly our sweet Mae left our family in November of 2024.
Eco-conscious: Since our first vintage in 2012, we made the intentional decision to use a lighter glass bottle to ensure we have a smaller carbon footprint. We also use recyclable/compostable materials as much as possible in our shipping boxes, as weather allows. In extreme weather conditions, we are now using more eco-friendly styrofoam.
